Dirt Inspires

Trail Half Marathon

There are some changes afoot for Dirt Inspires this year. The event has moved location to the new Fort Ord National Monument, with its extensive trail networks and back country access.

The start and finish of the race will take place at a location on top of a hill within the Laguna Seca Recreation Area overlooking the Mazda Laguna Seca Raceway.

Runners will enter the BLM lands through a gate by Skyline Road and continue onto the roads and trails with expansive views to both the ocean and the Salinas Valley.

Registration is open and the course is pending final approval from BLM but a preview map is posted here, along with the elevation profile.
